Varietal (s): 100% Frappato Vintage: 2018 Winemaking: Manual harvest by night. Fermentation in stainless steel vats thermoregulated with indigenous yeasts. Aging in concrete vats. Tasting Note: A moderately intense garnet red color. The nose is intense and complex with red and black fruits with a floral frame of a beautiful complexity. The attack on the palate is silky and evolves on a structure well present and balanced by the finesse of tannin on blackcurrant and a vegetal note. The finish is persistent and juicy.
